All Blair Quarterback Academy training sessions and QB Classroom sessions are 45 minutes long.


Private Quarterback Training

Blair Quarterback Academy focuses exclusively on one-on-one quarterback training because individualized instruction produces the best results. Every quarterback develops differently, which is why each session is tailored to the athlete’s specific needs, skill set, and long-term goals.

Training sessions may focus on throwing mechanics, footwork, pocket movement, football IQ, leadership, decision-making, reading defenses, and game situation work. The goal is to help quarterbacks improve physically and mentally while building confidence, consistency, and command of the position.

Quarterbacks are encouraged to bring a receiver and their own football to maximize reps and allow for more detailed coaching throughout the session.


QB Classroom

The QB Classroom focuses on helping quarterbacks improve their understanding of the game and develop the mental side of the position. Topics may include reading defenses, understanding coverages, learning passing concepts, improving decision-making, film breakdown, and studying the mechanics and habits of successful quarterbacks.

These sessions are designed to improve football IQ, leadership, preparation, and overall command of the quarterback position. QB Classroom sessions can be completed either in person or virtually through Zoom depending on the athlete’s schedule and needs.


Scheduling & Session Policies

Cancellation Policy

Any session canceled less than one hour before the scheduled start time will count as a used session.

Clients are allowed one cancellation for every four sessions purchased when notice is given more than one hour before the scheduled session.

Once the allotted cancellations have been used, any additional missed or canceled sessions will count as a used session. Any cancellation made with less than one hour notice will always count as a used session regardless of remaining cancellations.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for individual sessions or subscription packages.
