Blair Quarterback Academy is dedicated to developing quarterbacks through detailed, individualized instruction built around the demands of the position. BQA works with quarterbacks at every level, from youth athletes as young as 8 years old to professional players.

Coach Blair brings nearly two decades of coaching experience at the college, high school, junior high, and youth levels. Throughout his coaching career, every varsity quarterback he coached earned all-conference honors. He has coached at a nationally ranked junior college program, been part of a state championship staff in Iowa, worked with one of Colorado’s winningest football programs of the 2010s according to MaxPreps, and helped multiple schools set records for wins in a season.

Coach Blair also studied under some of football’s most respected coaches through his college experience and internship with the Miami Dolphins, including Nick Saban, Jason Garrett, and Mark Farley. His experience across multiple levels of football has helped him build a reputation for developing quarterbacks with strong mechanics, football IQ, leadership, and confidence under pressure.

In just two years, Blair Quarterback Academy has quickly established itself as one of the top quarterback development programs in the area. BQA has helped develop starting quarterbacks at the high school and junior high levels while also training college and professional athletes. The academy has worked with multiple MVP quarterbacks and helped develop the number one overall pick in the SCFL Draft.

Every quarterback develops differently, and each session is tailored to the athlete’s mechanics, skill set, experience, and goals.
